1. Application Form – Fill out and submit the application below. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after submission.
2. Candidate’s Statement – Complete and submit the candidate’s statement.
3. Letters of Recommendation – Arrange to have two letters of recommendation sent on your behalf. Letters of recommendation should be attached to the Referee Section page (REU-Referees-Section2) and returned directly by your referees. Letters may be mailed or emailed (preferred method) to the addresses below before the deadline, February 15th, 2025.
4. Transcripts – Send unofficial transcripts of all your undergraduate work to the email address: cilla@uoregon.edu. Note: these do not have to be “official” transcripts, copies and print outs accepted.
